Biography Ms. Mills is the Clinical Experiences Coordinator for Special Education (Field Base and Student Teaching). Ms. Mills has taught and holds certification in the following areas: English K - 12, Learning Disabilities, Behavior Disorders and Severe and Profound, and School Administration. She taught and supervised undergraduates and graduate students in Special Education at the University of Northern Iowa for 18 years before joining the faculty and staff at Illinois State in 2006.
