ULID Activation, Reset, and PIN Help

Help prevent registration, iCampus portal, Milner Library, WebCT, and Blackboard problems.

  • Activate your ULID,
  • Use email forwarding,
  • Change your password every 60 days, and
  • Use the reset hint so if you forget your password, you can change it yourself.

The Department does not have the ability to change or check passwords or register students for classes. We only have the ability to provide overrides for closed classes. If you have problems registering due to password or PIN number problems on the iCampus Portal, please follow these instructions. WebCT  and Blackboard help links are also provided.

On-campus students go to Julian 115 8 to 4:30 with ID.

Off-campus students contact the Help Desk; inform them you are an off-campus student; they will provide a way to reset the password.

What to Do if You Forget Your PIN in icampus portal

Read PIN information at http://www.ssrc.ilstu.edu/PIN/

The PIN must be reset. The Registrar’s Office will assist in resetting the PIN, but they will need to see your photo identification. Go to the Student Service & Referral Center, Moulton 107, or fax a written request to (309) 438-8652. The written request must include your name, social security number, date of birth, a copy of your Redbird Card, the statement "default my PIN to my month and date of birth (mmdd)" and your signature.
